Referral Program

Refer a company that may be leaking value in operational work.

WorkEquation helps companies make outsourced service operations measurable, accountable, and AI-enabled. If you know a company that could benefit from independent vendor performance intelligence, submit a warm referral.

Rewards are subject to eligibility, program terms, employer policies, and conflict-of-interest restrictions.

How it works

Three simple steps.

01

Submit a warm referral

Tell us who to contact, why they may be a fit, and confirm the introduction is permitted.

02

WorkEquation validates fit

We review the referral, confirm contact awareness, and outreach to schedule a meeting with the right stakeholder.

03

Qualified meeting completed

If a qualified meeting takes place, you may be eligible for a $500 Premium Reward or charitable donation.

Qualified referrals

Who counts as the right stakeholder.

A qualified referral is a warm referral to a company with outsourced service operations where the referred contact is aware of the referral, has a reasonable business interest in WorkEquation, and participates in or facilitates a completed meeting with an appropriate stakeholder.
