WorkEquation is operated by CatalystIQ LLC. References to "WorkEquation," "we," "us," or "our" mean CatalystIQ LLC acting under the WorkEquation brand.

The website, blog content, and EBITDA Leakage Estimator are provided for general information and are directional only. They are not advice, an audit, or a guarantee of recoverable savings.

WorkEquation services may include the Opportunity Snapshot, Contract Review, Performance Review, TransformIQ RFP & Value Capture, OperationsIQ subscriptions, the Day-1 Trust Packet, and the Charter Client Program. See the Product and Service Terms for product-specific terms.

Paid services require completion of online signup, an order form, statement of work, or written agreement before delivery begins.

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of provided materials, for ensuring they are authorized to share them, and for limiting unnecessary personal, sensitive, or regulated data prior to upload.

WorkEquation uses AI-assisted workflows to extract, normalize, and analyze operational artifacts. AI outputs are reviewed by WorkEquation personnel before delivery and are not a substitute for professional advice.

WorkEquation provides operational, commercial, and governance intelligence. It does not provide legal advice, audit opinions, regulatory certification, tax advice, or guaranteed savings.

Data and confidentiality are governed by applicable order forms and the Data & Security Addendum.

Fees, billing cadence, and accepted payment methods are described in the applicable order form, OperationsIQ Subscription Terms, or statement of work.

The website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability for direct damages is limited as set forth in the applicable order form.

Either party may terminate engagements as described in the applicable order form, subscription terms, or statement of work.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey unless otherwise stated in an applicable order form.
