OperationsIQ Subscription Terms

Effective: 2026·Version 1.0

These Subscription Terms apply to OperationsIQ governance plans purchased through online signup, order form, or statement of work.

01.Plans

OperationsIQ is offered in Starter, Growth, and Enterprise plans. Pricing and inclusions are set out on the WorkEquation Pricing page and in the applicable order form.

02.Workstream definition

A workstream means a distinct primary function or workstream, process, queue, service line, or operational workflow monitored by WorkEquation with its own KPI/SLA structure, reporting cadence, or governance requirements.

03.Usage scope

Each plan defines a maximum number of workstreams, vendors, and data sources. Usage in excess of plan scope may require an upgrade or additional fees.

04.Intervention Credits

Standard Intervention Credits are data-triggered, expert-in-the- loop action packs (e.g. QBR Executive Pack, Vendor Escalation Pack, SLA Remediation Brief) designed for ~30–60 minutes of expert review. Larger advisory, sourcing, or negotiation work is scoped separately.

05.Client data quality

Outputs depend on the completeness and accuracy of client- provided contracts, SLA reports, KPI exports, and invoice data. Clients are responsible for ensuring inputs are accurate and authorized for use.

06.Subscription billing

Subscriptions bill monthly or annually as elected at signup or in the order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

07.No guarantee of savings or vendor improvement

OperationsIQ provides operational, commercial, and governance intelligence. It does not guarantee specific savings, recoveries, service credit awards, or vendor performance improvements.
