Product and Service Terms

Effective: 2026·Version 1.0

These Product and Service Terms describe the scope, deliverables, and key commercial mechanics for WorkEquation's named services.

01.Opportunity Snapshot

A directional review of leakage, SLA confidence, and AI opportunity across one operational workstream. Output is directional and not a financial audit, legal review, or guarantee of recoverable savings.

02.Contract Review

A limited operational and commercial review of one outsourcing agreement, SOW, or SLA package, designed to identify potential areas for deeper analysis. It is not legal advice, a formal audit, or a full contract redline.

03.Performance Review

A workstream-level review of KPI, SLA, QBR, invoice, or performance data using AI-assisted analytics to flag potential service credit, pricing, productivity, trend, or governance issues. Fees may be credited toward a TransformIQ engagement initiated within 90 days.

04.TransformIQ RFP & Value Capture

TransformIQ engagements typically use a launch fee plus success-based economics tied to first-year contract value or verified savings. Prior Performance Review fees may be credited toward the launch fee if TransformIQ begins within 90 days.

05.OperationsIQ

OperationsIQ subscription terms are governed by the WorkEquation OperationsIQ Subscription Terms.

06.Renegotiation / Savings Share

Any renegotiation or savings-share engagement must include a pre-agreed Baseline Savings Formula. The formula should define the baseline period, baseline spend, baseline unit rates, included savings categories, excluded savings categories, measurement period, and documentation required.

Included savings may include:

  • unit rate reductions
  • eliminated minimums
  • reduced fixed fees
  • recovered service credits
  • corrected invoice errors
  • negotiated credits
  • agreed AI-deflected headcount reductions
  • productivity commitments documented in revised terms

Excluded savings may include:

  • unrelated volume decline
  • seasonality
  • business closure or downsizing
  • business mix changes
  • client-side demand reduction
  • macroeconomic factors
  • initiatives already underway before the WorkEquation engagement
  • savings not tied to documented recommendations or negotiated terms

07.Charter Client Program

Charter clients receive a no-cost or at-cost baseline value leakage review bundled with a required 90-day OperationsIQ pilot, preferred pricing on follow-on engagements, and direct roadmap input.

08.No provider fees

WorkEquation takes no fees, referrals, commissions, or revenue share from any outsourcing provider. All fees are paid by the buyer of services.
