01.Program Overview
The WorkEquation Referral Program rewards qualified warm referrals to companies that may benefit from WorkEquation's independent operational, vendor performance, Work Economics, or margin leakage assessment services.
02.Referral Reward
Eligible referrals may receive up to $500 in total referral rewards, structured as follows: $100 after a qualified referral results in a completed qualified introductory meeting with WorkEquation, and an additional $400 if the referred company becomes a paying WorkEquation client and WorkEquation receives the initial client payment.
WorkEquation may, at its discretion, offer the reward as a referral reward, gift card, or charitable donation to an eligible nonprofit selected by the referrer.
03.Qualified Referral
A qualified referral is a warm introduction to a company that may benefit from WorkEquation's independent operational, vendor performance, Work Economics, or margin leakage assessment services. The referred contact must be aware of the referral or open to an introduction and must be an appropriate business stakeholder, such as a CFO, COO, PE operating partner, procurement leader, vendor management leader, service operations leader, transformation leader, or other leader responsible for operational cost, outsourced services, or performance improvement.
04.Completed Qualified Meeting
A completed qualified meeting means a substantive introductory meeting between WorkEquation and an appropriate stakeholder at the referred company, accepted and attended by the referred company, and determined by WorkEquation to be relevant to its services. General networking conversations, vendor solicitations, incomplete meetings, no-shows, or meetings with contacts lacking relevant responsibility may not qualify.
05.Converted Client
A converted client means the referred company enters into a paid engagement with WorkEquation and WorkEquation receives the initial client payment. Free consultations, unpaid pilots, exploratory conversations, or non-binding discussions do not constitute a converted client unless otherwise agreed by WorkEquation in writing.
06.Non-Qualified Referrals
Referrals are not qualified if they are cold leads, purchased lists, generic inboxes, duplicate referrals, referrals to contacts who are not aware of the introduction, referrals already in WorkEquation's pipeline, or referrals that violate employer policies, procurement rules, confidentiality obligations, conflict-of-interest restrictions, or applicable law.
07.Duplicate / Existing Pipeline
If the referred company or contact is already known to WorkEquation, already in active discussion, already in WorkEquation's pipeline, or previously submitted by another referrer, WorkEquation may decline the referral or determine reward eligibility at its discretion.
08.Disclosure and Conflicts
Referrers are responsible for ensuring that participation in the Referral Program and acceptance of any reward does not violate employer policies, procurement rules, ethics policies, professional obligations, confidentiality obligations, or applicable law.
If a reward may create an actual or perceived conflict of interest, the referrer should choose the charitable donation option or no-reward option.
09.Reward Timing
The $100 meeting-stage reward is payable only after a completed qualified introductory meeting. The additional $400 conversion-stage reward is payable only after the referred company becomes a paying client and WorkEquation receives the initial client payment.
Reward timing, method, eligibility, and payment are subject to WorkEquation review and approval.
10.No Provider Referral Fees
WorkEquation does not pay or accept referral fees, commissions, or revenue share from outsourcing providers.
11.Taxes
Rewards may be taxable. Recipients are responsible for any applicable taxes and reporting.
13.No Employment, Agency, or Partnership
The Program does not create any employment, agency, joint venture, or partnership relationship between WorkEquation and the referrer.
14.WorkEquation Discretion
WorkEquation reserves the right to determine referral eligibility, qualification status, reward timing, reward payment, and whether a referral qualifies for any reward at its sole discretion.
15.Program Changes and Termination
WorkEquation may modify or terminate the Program at any time. Material changes will apply prospectively.
16.Fraud, Abuse, and Disqualification
WorkEquation may disqualify referrals and withhold rewards for fraud, misrepresentation, or abuse of the Program.
17.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkEquation's liability under the Program is limited to the value of the applicable reward.
18.Governing Terms
The Program is also subject to the WorkEquation Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
