Referral Program Terms

Effective: 2026·Version 1.0

These Referral Program Terms govern participation in the WorkEquation Referral Program. By submitting a referral, you agree to these Terms.

01.Program Overview

The WorkEquation Referral Program rewards qualified warm referrals to companies that may benefit from WorkEquation's independent vendor performance intelligence.

02.Referral Reward

Eligible referrals may receive a $500 Premium Referral Reward or a $500 charitable donation to an eligible nonprofit of the referrer's choice. Rewards are subject to eligibility, employer policies, conflict-of-interest restrictions, and these Terms.

03.Qualified Referral

A qualified referral is a warm referral to a company with outsourced service operations where the referred contact is aware of the referral, has a reasonable business interest in WorkEquation, and participates in or facilitates a completed meeting with an appropriate stakeholder (e.g., CFO, COO, Chief Customer Officer, Procurement leader, Vendor Management leader, Service Operations leader, PE operating partner, or business leader responsible for operational work).

04.Non-Qualified Referrals

  • cold scraped names or purchased lists
  • generic inboxes
  • duplicate referrals
  • companies already in WorkEquation's pipeline
  • referrals where the contact is unaware
  • referrals that violate employer policies, procurement rules, confidentiality obligations, or conflicts of interest
  • referrals involving public officials, government employees, or others prohibited from receiving referral rewards
  • referrals that do not result in a completed meeting

05.Reward Timing

Rewards are reviewed after a completed qualified meeting and issued within a reasonable period thereafter, subject to verification.

06.Disclosure and Conflicts

Referrers agree to disclose that they may receive a referral reward where required by applicable law, employer policy, or professional obligation. WorkEquation may decline rewards that create actual or perceived conflicts of interest.

07.No Provider Referral Fees

WorkEquation does not pay or accept referral fees, commissions, or revenue share from outsourcing providers.

08.Taxes

Rewards may be taxable. Recipients are responsible for any applicable taxes and reporting.

09.Premium Reward / Charitable Donation Terms

Premium rewards, gift cards, or charitable donations are subject to applicable provider terms and the recipient nonprofit's eligibility.

10.No Employment, Agency, or Partnership

The Program does not create any employment, agency, joint venture, or partnership relationship between WorkEquation and the referrer.

11.Program Changes and Termination

WorkEquation may modify or terminate the Program at any time. Material changes will apply prospectively.

12.Fraud, Abuse, and Disqualification

WorkEquation may disqualify referrals and withhold rewards for fraud, misrepresentation, or abuse of the Program.

13.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkEquation's liability under the Program is limited to the value of the applicable reward.

14.Governing Terms

The Program is also subject to the WorkEquation Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

15.Contact
